My life studying in Beijing was as colorful as a kaleidoscope.
I explored a wide range of digital media technologies and focused on game design. I also had a lot of fun in planning and working on E-sports events.
Through these explorations, I discovered my passion for designing products that reach more people and create meaningful impact.

Apart from partying, taking saunas and eating Swedish meatballs all the time to survive winter, the Nordic countries also inspired my design with the focus on sustainability and social equity.
Studying at two of the most prestigious design schools in Europe, I built a strong academic foundation in HCI, including service design, user-centric product design and usability engineering. The minor in business and entrepreneurship added a well-rounded perspective in identifying user pain points and balancing the needs of stakeholders.

Skills: Usability testing / heuristic evaluation / prototyping
At KONE, I worked on a speculative design project designing the urban experience in 2040 based on future studies and workshops. The concept was presented with VR demo, and was affirmed by the company for strategy planning.
At Trimble, I conducted on-site usability testing with engineers in the client companies for the construction platform. This experience gave me firsthand insight into field workflows, technical constraints, and the importance of designing for highly specialized professional users.

It was a fruitful year in DT creating innovative home experience for millions of users and getting a deeper understanding of corporate environment, including learning how to design in a agile workflow and balance user needs with business goals.
My role in DT included redesigning router features using the new design system, as well as delivering technical features for VPN setup, IP randomization, and topology view. Through the close collaboration with the cross-functional team, I was able to dive into complex technical contexts and translate insights into tangible UX solutions. With the a11y training and practice, I feel so proud that I am able to deliver products that reach more customers and provide a higher level of inclusion.
It was a year full of joy with colleagues — chugging beer at Oktoberfest, sipping Glühwein at Christmas markets, and playing Kegelbahn in the basement of the headquarter. We also had fun celebrating Chinese New Year together over a hotpot, making the experience so unforgettable.
And… I am excited to see what's next!
